Healthy food is not more expensive, that's a bit of a myth. Tinned/dried legumes ( peas, lentils, beans, chickpeas), potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squashes, wholegrains (brown rice, couscous, etc), carrots, chopped tomatoes, frozen veggies, etc. are among the cheapest foods so no excuses people! Learn to make simple, but delicious meals using herbs, etc. - do not add fats (including olive oil) and the weight will fall off while eating big portions. Give your taste buds 10-14 days to adjust, be patient and don't give up.

Hi Sandra lovely video 🤗 I have some issues with sleeping I drink a cup of camomile tea with a touch of honey or hot milk and honey (in the winter hot full fat milk is great). I also don't have any tech in my bedroom including tv, computers phones etc. Here in the UK we have Aldi and Lidl I use both shops they are very good! Their frozen veg is picked and immediately fast frozen so it's even better than fresh veg. Thank you for the lovely video 🤗 Caroline xx

My mother encouraged me to use goods Skin care when I was in my twenties. Her advise has served me well . at 76 1/2 I get compliments on my appearance quite often. And, many come from young ladies. Sandra is so right about good skincare and living healthy.
